Seriously, I know it's been asked and debated before but why do people wear those big ugly glasses?
I'm talking about the old style, huge glasses like most grandmothers used to wear back in the day. I notice mostly females but guys are to blame too, no doubt about it. Is it some kind of "hipster" thing? Or what, you tell me, please, I am clueless.

Don't take this the wrong way, I find girls with glasses very attractive and have no issues at all with that. It's just when they wear the big ugly ones, that just makes me shake my head every time. I know it sounds like I''m judging but that is not the case, if it makes you happy then by all means, enjoy. But at the same time, I'd like to be clued in on the reason why; Is it just a follow the crowd type of thing? If so, that's lame, like all the other memes and styles people follow just because they can, and that does not make you original in the least bit.

Now if you wear them because you actually like them, more power to you, good for you.

Looks like I'm not alone on this opinion, and yes I really started to think most people found this "normal". Ugly, wide, old looking, granny glasses. There, I feel better now, end of rant.
